Your Job

This awaits you on your journey with us:

• Serve beverages to guests in all assigned areas in a courteous, polite and safe manner
• Carry out other service duties, as assigned i.e., coffee time, light lunch buffet, any food function in the Dining room or elsewhere etc
• Work according to quality, safety and hygiene standards as directed by the company and governed by intentional regulations and standards i.e. HACCP, ISM, ISO etc
• Work as team and assist in any area as required
• Protect and safeguard company property

Your course & your talents

Here's what you bring on board:

• Hotel, beverage or restaurant documented relevant experience
• Overall comprehension of hotel, restaurant or bar services
• Knowledge and adherence to HACCP and other relevant safety, hygiene and environmental regulations
• Good knowledge of the main International beverages (including wines)
• Fluent in English and /or German, depending on the ship
• Friendly, polite, positive attitude and team spirit
