Global Business Manager – 4PL (m/f/d)

Join Kuehne+Nagel Integrated Logistics team as Business Manager acting at C-Level with our customers, driving global strategic initiatives: become the cornerstone of customer success globally.

Your Role

As Integrated Logistics Business Manager you will hold a critical role in sustaining and expanding client relationships with a strategic vision. As the principal liaison at customer C-Level, you will oversee contracts, finances, and service delivery to meet global customer needs profitably. Your duties also encompass driving business growth in alignment with the company’s strategic development goals. Collaboration with other senior regional business managers and 4PL Control Towers is essential to ensure consistent value delivery and strategic alignment across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives to enhance business growth; Handle overall account management, including Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Oversee project implementation to meet customer expectations and financial goals.
• Negotiate and manage the client Master Service Agreement (MSA).
• Identify and maintain regional resources and skills for dedicated client service management.
• Form a cohesive team from all resources involved with the customer to achieve collective goals; Serve as the central escalation point for customer concerns.
• Set objectives for teams to meet client service requirements; Coordinate cross-regional activities and manage costs for profitable outcomes.  #LI-AM4 

Your Skills and Experiences

• Education in Logistics, Business or Sales with a very good understanding of the international forwarding business.
• Proven track record of people and project management for at least 10 years. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade at the C-Level, proven experience working in international markets, strong analytical skills and a can-do attitude.
• Computer skills: MS Office.
• Fluent English is mandatory, German is an advantage.
• International scope, you are willing to travel (up to 50%).
