Your Role

As our Global Process Owner you will be responsible for our MDM on one side and will work with 30 people strong Shared Service Center on the other. Focussed on Process creation you'll be supported with a Team of 12 at our Hamburg branch and work hand in hand wiwth the resposnible Product Owners

Your Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities 

• Define, implement and govern global process standards for the business partner master data maintenance 
• Drive continuous business partner data maintenance process improvements
• Management of the teams in the Shared Service Centers (SSCs) in 3 locations: Belgrade, Cebu and Costa Rica
• Goals setting for the SSC locations; weekly, monthly & yearly performance monitoring and review with the SSC Team Leads
• SSC Trainings, performance management and resource planning based on the company strategy or different projects requirements 
• Standardizing reports for the performance measurement of the SSCs
• Provide Working instructions to the Team Leads for each task performed by the SSC teams and regular updates of those, in line with the master data system new releases
  
  

Your Skills and Experiences

• 3+ years Knowledge in Master Data Management 
• University Degree (e. g. Business Administration)
• A strong stakeholder focus 
• Good understanding of Proccess Development / Optimization 
• Good communication skills to lead and delegate within a global acting team 
• Professional English language skills
• Project Management skills - nice to have
