Join Kuehne + Nagel as a Global Air Logistics Digital Solutions Expert and become a key member of our Global Air Logistics Customer Integration team. In this role, you will lead consulting activities for global accounts and selected national and business unit accounts, promoting the adoption of digital solutions to drive business growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and support strategic objectives.

How you create impact

Consult customers and internal account teams on digital solutions throughout the sales cycle, including RFI/RFQ and QBR stages.
Conduct training sessions and share knowledge with Air Logistics colleagues and other customer-facing staff.
Manage consulting projects using Digital Solutions methodologies and support supply chain design initiatives.
Execute smooth handovers from consulting to implementation in line with agreed processes.
Identify opportunities for upselling technology to improve customer loyalty and internal efficiencies.
Gather customer feedback, collaborate with IT and product teams, and contribute to solution development.
Drive process efficiency and implement improvements to enhance ease of doing business.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in supply chain management or related field
3+ years experience in solution consulting, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
Affinity and experience with innovative technology, data, and automation.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
Strong ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for technology and continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel internationally.
