Product Lead (m/w/d)

Your Role

As a Product Lead (m/w/d), you will lead an E-mail team to operate and build a reliable, highly scalable E-mail product in a hybrid environment (on-premise and cloud). You will work with our vendors, consumers, and business experts to define and align stable models for the specific product.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the global E-mail and E-mail Archiving teams, ensuring professional and disciplinary standards;
• Set and manage individual and team objectives;
• Ensure stable operations while driving improvements and advancements in e-mail services;
• Develop and optimize processes;
• Implement robust security measures;
• Lead and manage technical projects.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and individuals;
• Technical expertise in e-mail systems, particularly Microsoft Exchange;
• Skilled in moderation and coaching to foster employee development and team cohesion;
• Strong sense of responsibility and adept at negotiation;
• Willing to travel as needed;
• Proficient in both verbal and written English, and German.
