Aufgaben

Are you ready to lead the charge in developing and executing our Greater China Trade Lane strategy? Join our team and be the visionary leader behind our future growth.

Development, ownership and execution of our Greater China Trade Lane strategy to achieve agreed targets
Lead in developing the long term strategy and approach for business on this Trade Lane
Create customer portfolio and drive marketing campaigns
Maintain business relationship with new and existing customers to identify growth opportunities within Leschaco product portfolio
Participate in the implementation of new customers coordinating and integrating overseas and local team members
Build procurement and product infrastructure that supports local sales organization
Establish business Key Performance Indicators and Benchmarks to drive internal process improvements and measure success
Budget preparation

Profil

Relevant experience in Trade Lane Management or a related field in the Asian region is preferred
Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills
Self-starter, disciplined with strong leadership and motivation abilities as well as sales-driven is highly valued
Fluent in Business English is a plus
Willingness to travel within Germany and to China/Asia
You love logistics, to laugh with your colleagues and to work in an international work environment are desirable traits
